we've fused the cuisine of india and that of latin america with leftovers from yesterday's meatless monday, our passage to india meal. on a warmed tostada shell, spread reheated spicy red lentil daal, basmati rice with almonds and currants, and spiced indian cabbage. we topped that with a full-flavored indian cilantro chutney, and homemade paneer. we'd have added a little of that coconut cucumber raita,
