Thanks for dropping in, Toni! Yes, so right. As if it's the doing that makes us US, when, in reality, we spend a lot of ourselves in the process. We have to learn how to reconnect and recharge, and be by, and with ourselves, in retreat.
Now, I just need to do more practicing of the preaching.
With so much effort focused on doing and getting done we tent to forget that solitude has value.
