It was a busy Easter with Mr. Uncanny b...Thank you! It was a busy Easter with Mr. Uncanny being a minister(one of the downsides of having a minister for a minister - the holidays are so busy!). We're only now getting to a beautiful cut of beef for supper and we're having this radish salad as a side dish in lieu of horseradish. It was really easy to prepare (a big bonus, these days!) and so, so delicious.
