As for the food diary, I kept one (at l...Well done! As for the food diary, I kept one (at livestrong.com) for a year once, and I don't any more. It just became too much. But, I will say that I was much more aware of my daily calorie intake and was less likely to over-indulge when I did keep the diary. I think it's just a matter of making it a habit -- once you incorporate it into your daily routine, it becomes second nature.
